Removal of aluminium chips up to 100mm long from saw blade in clients workshop. Suction material: Mainly dry aluminium chips with very small particles. Ignition sources are not vacuumed.
Testing with DS6 and 200mm hose brought the result that the material can be vacuumed and does not block up the hose. For larger quantities of chips, the usual dustbin has been replaced by a pre-separator with a trolley and tipping device. The machines are located outside the production hall and are completely encased and isolated to avoid condensation water in the dedust chamber.
