Serving as the visionary behind Motion, he consults on our larger specialised projects and clients. Michael remains dedicated to advancing the business, from robotics to fleet management and dashboards, ensuring Motion consistently delivers the best service to its customers.

Director

Julia, Director at Motion, finds inspiration in the company’s dedication to personalised customer service. Supporting MD Michael, her passion for a personal approach ensures the business upholds its core values as it expands. Outside of work, Julia enjoys reading and spending time with her two young sons. Inspired by “Race Across the World,” she eagerly anticipates future family travels.

Marcus

Lead Engineer

As Lead Engineer, Marcus oversees our team of engineers, ensuring the completion of site visits, repairs, and servicing. With a background in mechanics, Marcus is skilled and trained in working with robots, Ruwac, Bitimec, and various other cleaning machinery ranges.

Customer Experience

Leveraging her background in the motor industry, Shannon is committed to enhancing our customer experience. Ensuring that customers are informed at every stage of the process, while anticipating any future needs.

Engineer

Chris, our Bitimec expert, possesses extensive knowledge and experience with a variety of cleaning machinery. He is our resident encyclopaedia for Bitimec speedy wash machines. If you ever encounter an issue, Chris is the one who knows how to fix it.

Engineer

Nat is our newest engineer, specialising in the repair and servicing of cleaning machinery. With a strong background in parts and mechanics, Nat ensures top-quality maintenance for our customers.

Sales

Natt leads and drives the success of Motion’s new machine and hire departments, ensuring customers receive the machines, parts and chemicals they need for their sites.

Accounts

While pursuing a Master’s degree, Erin leads our accounts team and assists with office administration. She ensures both our office and engineers operate efficiently.
